Ditching the Dinette

Weíre ditching the dinette for a Bradd & Hall computer desk in our Coachmen Leprechaun 319mb. Any gotchas we need to be aware of? Any advise would be appreciated.

I am sure you have your "good" reasons for replacing your dinette with a computer desk, but.....

I am quite surprised how many people don't appreciate their dinette. We lacked a dinette with our first motor home that we owned for 24 years. It was one of our highest priorities when we replaced the motor home back in 2007 with THIS RIG. We "LOVE" our dinette. We would miss it dearly.

If my dinette had been as small as yours, I may have kept it. Ours was a 79X48 wrap around monstrosity.

Replaced it with two recliners.

Now if I can find a new home for the dinette before it ends up in a landfill.

You may find some wiring. Sometimes converters, go slowly and donít tear anything up during the removal in case you change your mind.

I never spent one night in our C with dinette. We built a countertop that folds down with a couple very expensive captains chairs that go every direction, heats, vibrates and have good seat belts.
Under the front part of the counter top is the fresh water tank. Click image for larger version

Post your dinette in the classified section on this site.

Lot's of people (including me) looking for used ones, but due to size.... it has to be local to them, and the correct color and fabric.
