It is great for storage and an extra bed.

We have a Jayco Melbourne 29D that does not have a bed over cab. It has an aerodynamically designed front end. We have a great unobstructed view of the beautiful sky. We are retired and travel with our 2 cats. There are several manufactures that don't have a bunk over the cab.

We have a Winnebago View Profile G (2014) without that overhead extra bed - lower profile with a little storage. We didn't want the extra bed nor the bulk in front. Great choice as we later learned those models have issues with weight.

Do you know what the OCCC & GVWR rating is for this RV?

My camper has a short overhang that has the entertainment center in it. But behind the TV is a huge area for storing things use inside & out.

Many options, only you can decide what works for you.

They call that a B+, though I cringe every time I hear someone say that as it totally muddles the meaning of the Class A, B, C designations. It is a Class C without the over-cab bunk.

Don’t give up the space

We have a Winnebago View with cab over. Never had a leak problem, great storage space and doubles as a bed for the grand kids.

Our widebody (101" width) Class C has the full queen cabover bed overhang - with 5-6 inches width of additional storage along the foot and head of the cabover queen bed.

For sleeping, I use this bed so the DW can have the entire rear queen bed to sprawl out on with her bad back. Having two continuously available queens in a 24 foot Class C is a great feature.

We carry two extra folding chairs, two folding outside tables, a large 12V portable fan, and various other small items in the storage areas at the foot and head of the cabover bed - and can leave these items there while I sleep in this queen length bed - so there's no juggling of these items between day and night use.

The cabover bed overhang shade also keeps the cab area under it much cooler and less glaring when camping or traveling in the sun. Our views out of the cab windows seem plenty open and high enough for us.

For us, as much storage as possible in as short a length as possible is key for the most useful Class C.

We have a Coachman Concord 300TS and like it. Perfect for two adults. I think this is the last model year but some new and some used on the market.
