I replaced my jackknife sofa with a pair of Thomas Payne recliners, not sure about the “adjustable frame” but my sofa was in a slide as well. Just guessing without measuring it the slide is about 4”-6” above the floor.
With the chairs fully reclined it puts the front edge of the frame right at the front edge of the slide.

Do you mean your slideout room is raised above the coach floor? Many are. The RecPro Charles 70" dual recliners I bought and installed have seat heights a few inches higher than the jack knife sofa I replaced. If your a shorter person that could be a problem. I am 5'9" and it's not an issue.
