Dynamax Isata 4 vs Thor Chateau 31

Does anyone have experience with both the Isata and the Chateau Class C motorhomes? I really like the floor plan of the Chateau 31Y, but I need a shorter coach. The Isata 4 seems to be really well constructed and from youtube video's has lots of room for a 27 ft coach. That last 4 foot of length is a problem for where I live. I also looked at the Entegra Odyssey. This is really a frustrating experience trying to find the right motorhome for our needs. I guess in a perfect world if I could find the floorplan of the Chateau 31 in a 26 or 27 ft coach, that might solve the problem.
The only thing I am certain on is that I will get the best advice from this forum, not a RV dealer.

Thanks for sharing . . .

Dynamax Isata 4 vs Thor Chateau 31

One thing I have read numerous times on this forum is to NOT give in on a floor plan you don’t want. Stick with the floor plan you love and take time to find the motorhome with no regrets...

Good advice on the floor plan.
However we looked at both Thor and Dynamax and found the quality of build and finish work far superior in the Dynamax and bought a Dynamax.
We did sell it last year to upgrade to a DP and found the Dynamax held it's value.

We originally planned to buy a Thor until we researched the Isata by Dynamax. Far superior quality in the Isata. Ordered and picked it up two weeks ago. Can't say enough good things about it. 92 degree Tennessee heat this week and the two a/c units keep the RV cold. Very small list of warranty work needed so far.

Can I ask what the CCC of your ISata is? We have a friend looking at an Isata 4.
