Electrical question
New to RVing. I got 2021 Winnebago Minnie Winnie 26T. All of my power plugs works with inverter ON from batteries, with exception of 1 plug in the kitchen, bathroom plug GFI by the sink and 2 outside plugs by the door. They only work when generator is ON. Is that normal? Or should they all work with Inverter only from batteries? I have not gone to full hook up camping so don’t know if they work form shore power. So question is, is that normal that those 3 locations only work from generator and not battery. Thanks for help everyone.

Typically the inverter powers only certain circuits in the coach so what you describe sounds normal. There is no universally specified outlets that every manufacturer must wire to the inverter.

Normal= yes, only some work on INVERTER; ALL WILL WORK WHEN plugged in or on GEN. BEWARE INVERTER= OFF during down/ storage or it will kill batteries.

That's normal and those other outlets will (should) work with shore power also. If you look at your electrical distribution box you will see some dedicated 120v circuits that are not on the inverter. Air conditioning is one, likely the microwave, etc.

The outlets you specify are all tied to the GFI. GFI doesn't play well with inverter.

Reading thousands of posts, your the first to make that claim.
My GFCI outlets are on an inverter and they never trip.
For that matter, there is a GFCI on the inverters face.

GFI's sometimes didn't like a modified sine wave inverter. Even then it was only in certain cases.
Now days having a modified sine wave inverter is like having a black and white TV.
