Entegra electrical issue

Hello. New to the forum and hopefully someone can help me. My Entegra 24B has no electricity for the interior lights, slide & refrigerator. I'm on shore power and all my 120 volt items work (microwave, tv's, and outlets. Main power switch will not light up red. Running the generator produces no interior power (light's, etc.) Circuit breaker at the generator is on (not tripped.) Starting up the RV engine produces no results. Checked house battery & have 12.8 volts. All breakers & fuses look good. Could my main power switch be bad? Or what else could it be? Any help/suggestions are greatly appreciated. Thank You.

Welcome to iRV2.

Sorry your first post is about a problem .

Your issue , sounds like a tripped circuit breaker , or , a bad coach battery disconnect relay . ( the relay controlled by the power switch )
Follow the power cable from the positive post of your coach battery and look for a device similar to the pictures below and check for power in/out of the device .
First two pictures are circuit breakers , third is a disconnect relay .

The circuit breakers should be in the first 3' of cable , if you find a C/B and there is power through it , keep following the cable till you find the disconnect relay. The relay maybe built into a BCC ( Battery Control Center ) fourth picture.

Could be a bad house cutoff /salesman switch.

Agree. Did you try cycling that switch on and off a couple of times?

You have 2 problems, first the lights should work with just the battery.

Second, the lights should work with just shore power.

You don't have either, so following the power, that leads me to the main 12 volt connections behind the fuse panel. Sometimes they use push on connectors and they can come lose and fall off. Now you have no battery or converter power to the whole bank of fuses.
If you've been messing with dead batteries, check the 40 amp reverse polarity fuses on the panel.

Thank You

Entegra electrical solved! Thanks for all the replies. It was the solenoid. Had to order one direct from Entegra. But I was able to bypass it and now I have power. Again thanks for all the answers.

I’m glad you got the problem fixed, but you didn’t have to order it from Entegra. They are a standard 12-volt solenoid available from scores of parts places.

I hope they didn’t charge you too much.

Didn't care at the moment about cost. Just needed it fixed. This solenoid has a small printed circuit board attached to it. Didn't want to take the risk of just getting the solenoid. Ordered both items. But again thanks for the help. Much appreciated.

USMC , sir, I am having same issue with my 2016 Entegra cornerstone. All 12 volt inside unit went off, there is a tiny red light on top of all wall plates that is normally green. I can hold down all lights on and it will turn lights back on but will turn off again. Sometimes it takes a few seconds and other times it takes hours. Your issue sounded the same as mine and you stated you replaced solenoid and that fixed the issue. Where is the solenoid you replaced????
