Exterior trim/Moulding can’t identify or locate

Hello,

I’m new to the forum. I have a 2003 Jayco Granite Ridge 3100SS and I have peeling trim on the rear exterior wall and driver’s side rear corner.

I can’t for the life of me locate this material. It’s adhesive backed, covers the seam and looks like vinyl or rubber. Every time I search for it I come up with vinyl insert, but there is nothing to insert it into.

I attached a photo of the trim that covers the rear wall and you can see in the upper corner that they didn’t install it all the way to the corner seam.

Please help, I’m losing my mind trying to find out who sells this stuff.

Thanks,

Phil

Probably just shrunk up from the sun....no reason one couldn't use the vinyl with a bonding agent applied by you....

First off,

With a 15 year old RV, finding the exact part is a very, very long shot.

Type in "RV Salvage" or "junkyard" into the search box at the top and you will get threads with the names and numbers of at least a source of info if not a long shot at the original part.

My local RV repair shop carries it, (but was out of the style I needed) maybe they can provide proper terminology?
