Four Winds Siesta Power Inlet

2013 Four Winds Siesta has the power inlet wired directly into the coach. This puts stress on the cable attachment and when I park and I have to drag the entire cable through the access port and reverse when I leave. I'd like to install a power inlet box in the bay and separate the cable from the coach for easier storage. Any recommendations will be appreciated.

Shredder56-

First off, welcome to iRV2!

Second, you should add a "signature" to your profile. It contains whatever info you want; most people put info about their coach there, so they don't have to type it into each message. Instructions for adding a signature are here.

Re: Power cord c0nversion. Both of these will do the job:

SmartPlug Combo Kits
Marinco Park Power Conversion Kit

My Thor MH and my Daughters travel trailer both use NEMA L5-30 , twist lock receptcals.

My power cord has the matching NEMA L5-30 twist lock plug on the RV end and the standard RV plug on the power post end.Click image for larger version
