Freezer Fluctuation

I have a 2011 Coachmen Freelander 21QBC and have been checking the freezer off and on for two weeks now. Does anyone know why the freezer would fluctuate for -4 to 38. There is nothing in the freezer. This isn't a one time thing as it has done it 3 times in two weeks. I have a sensing unit that transmits the temp outside the freezer so I don't have to open the door to check but have another regular temp gauge that agrees with the monitor that send the temp to the house monitor screen.

Sounds like it is busted or more correctly you have a defective product. Should be under warranty.
