Fresh water drain valves

I have a 2006 Yellowstone 31 foot C class RV. The freshwater tank is under the rear bed. There are three T-drain lines under there that I use for releasing and dumping out the remaining unused fresh water. This weekend while camping they were leaking/bypassing water, while the water pump was on, and only while it was on. Water was draining out from underneath the RV as it usually does, when these are open, but not as fast. The 3 T fittings are glued into the floor but there is a pin to release the top of the T. Curious if anyone has ever tried to replace the seals in these T drain fittings....? The fittings are in the open position in these photos...
Thank you!

I had a similar mess in 1996 Class C under the bed.

I replaced those t valves with some nice ball valves. Mine weren't leaking but it took forever to drain. I don't remember the hose or valve size but it wasn't hard to find the connecters to get it all done.

My tank drains in no time.

Had mine apart last year, o-ring seals. should be easy to replace, also add silicone grease or plumbers grease; good hardware store or oring assortment from HF?

The (other reason) to disassemble the T-handle valves is to run a cleaning brush to remove road debris that can clog them :-)

Thank you everbody!
I'm going to take them apart and inspect them this weekend and now I have an idea about what I'm doing... plumbers grease on reassembly and a thorough cleaning would've been over looked!
Great ideas
