Freshwater tank drain valve

HOW DO I GET ACCESS TO FRESHWATER TANK DRAIN VALVE SO I CAN REPLACE IT? WE HAVE A 2008 CLASS C FLEETWOOD JAMBOREE. NEEDS TO BE REPLACED DUE TO LEAK AND CANNOT REACH IT. HANDLE BROKE OFF VALVE. HELP

If you trace that line that comes off your freshwater tank you should be able to extend that PEX pipe lower then the storage compartment and put a valve in like I did see the picture Click image for larger version

That other line to the left side is a auxiliary water tank mounted under the RV my main tank is under the be
