Anyone out there rving in MS,AR and TX and running into gas shortages.
Alabamian's are running to the stations to fill up, and Walmart locally
said they should be out shortly.

We are trying to leave for vacation but do not want to be empty alongside
the road.

I saw on news tonight in Memphis. But what I saw and heard it is was all panic buying. Yes there is a shortage, but it is going to be worse with everyone trying to go and fill up. Just like what happened with toilet paper and covid. Not sure what has happened in America. The Land of the Free is becoming the The Land of Me. I am actually in Arkansas and paid $2.69 getting here. I can't make it back to Dallas without one fill up along the way, so like you I am afraid to venture on the road. If I tried I would have to join the other Selfish American citizen and likely stop every hour or 2 and keep filling up.

I've heard many times that if everyone rushes to fill their tanks, even if only down 1/2, that will cause a shortage. It sounds like that is happening in the east.

So far, the price in Montana has not been affected in the last few days. Still $2.84 for regular and diesel is about $3.12
