Throw circuit breakers on face of generator. Off then on again. One may be popped and they don't always look popped.

Not familiar with your coach , but you may have to plug the shore power cord into the generator outlet located in the cord storage compartment .

If your rv generator is like mine.. so there are 2 black and nearly hidden switches on right side in between generator and rv frame.. it takes a good flashlight to see.. they are really breakers.. but look like house on/off switches..
Good luck and keep us posted

For my RVs, here is what I tell people regarding missing 120v power.....

If none of the 120v outlets are working when you are plugged in (or have the generator on), check the resettable GCFI outlet in the bathroom. If that doesn’t work, check the exterior driver side electrical compartment (with the long plug) and make sure it is either plugged into shore power (at the campsite or your home) or plugged into the silver outlet in that compartment (if you are running the generator). If that doesn’t work, check the circuit fuse box (breakers) located under the dinette where your feet dangle. If that doesn’t work, there is a breaker switch on the generator itself (take off the generator cover/panel and look for the toggle switch and make sure it is near you and not away from you).

YOUR RV might have some of these in different places, but they are likely there somewhere...

Good luck!
Chris

Recommend all RV owners get a small simple voltage meter,, They are under $30 at many places..
You can easily test 12VDC , 120V.. etc..
I know many have little experience with power but a few u tubes and a lesson. It is safe and can save you grief and you can be more specific if you need to call for assistance.

As far as No Genny out put,, Can you run on shore or inverter... ?
If So, move closer to Genny.. The breaker on Genny itself.. check it and if the coach has another aux breaker inline.

You can have an acting up ATS . power switch..

IF no power from any source then still a funny ATS or main input braker or wiring issue.

As mentioned some RV need you to take the shore plug and put into a genny socket in compartment.. my winnie was like that till I added an ATS.

That is basics... If you have onboard EMS and or automated power system.. find a manual ...they can be tougher to figure out,,

GOOD ALSO TO LOCATE BOTH GFCI RECEPTACLES FOR future reference :-) Sometimes, kitchen is above sink, on bottom of cabinet, so bend over and look up if you do not see one?
