House is drawing power from Chassis Battery

I have a 17 nexus phantom that seems to be having some electrical issues. Can you help me in determining a possible issue or not with my batteries? Since I do not have power at my storage facility I took my batteries off this winter to keep charged at my house. I hooked up just my chassis battery and heard some beeping going on in the rv. Upon further investigation I noticed that with the battery disconnect switch on everything was powered up and also able to invert power. Keep in mind my house batteries are not even hooked up or on the rv at the moment. It just doesn't seem right to me that the RV should be drawing power from the chassis battery and would explain why that battery is dead a lot of the time. is this normal to have a draw on the chassis battery? is this a wiring problem or solenoid/fuse that could have blown. any suggestions?

With only chassis batteries installed it doesn't make sense to me that you would have power to the house side of things to include the inverter.

It's normal to have to install a trickle charger to keep the chassis batteries charged while plugged into shore power (on some MH's)

If your powering up the house from the chassis battery, your isolation solenoid is closed, when it should be open.

The isolation solenoid only connects the batteries together when there is a charging source OR the boost switch is pushed on.

Did you have the engine running or a charger on the chassis battery ? That will do it.

If your boost switch is an on off, that's the wrong type.

There is a Boost SOLENOID that can defective/stuck, or mis-wired, or possible something went bad and as emergency roadside wires were moved and repair never properly completed, or a bad CHARGE CONTROLLER, or ????
