Welcome to Thunderdome. (Mad Max). The 4x4 Chinook Baja was one of my favorites. http://www.blueovaltrucks.com/2000-2...k-baja-4x4-rv/

Anytime I've been stuck it was on the way in, not on the way out.
If I need a pull I want out, NOT further in.
I put the winch on a 2" x 2" bar so it can be fitted to either the trailer hitch to pull me out or the front hitch to pull someone else out.

Are you asking about a WINCH, or a WENCH? Cause depending on which you are looking for, you will get a lot of different answers!
Both cost a lot to initially install, but one keeps on and keeps on costing!

Nice job updating the front sheet metal. This is also one of the very rare side door Chinook Concourse. Almost all others were rear door (as was mine). Do you have the rear corner bed as well?
