Insufficnet data to answer question online.
Drive under a 12' clearance overpass, and if you don't hear a crunching noise, it includes A/C unit.

If you own a tape measure, it is easy enough to find out. Measure from the ground to the top of the sidewall and then get on the roof and measure the height of the A/C unit. Add a inch or two for roof crown and you have your answer.

Why does it matter? You have a garage door that’s the issue?
Our motorhome is just under 13’ ....so that’s my measurement that matters for clearance on the road.

Some specific methods of travel often require more accurate measurements be supplied in advance, to determine the viability and cost of using them. Loaded weight may also be required. (ferries, rail cars, tow trucks/flatbed haulers, to name a few).

I would say, 99% sure that is the overall height to the top of the air conditioner.
If you are looking at brochure, website dimensions it would say to the top of all standard equipment, and the A/C is standard equipment on Jayco c-class units.
My Winnebago c-class is 11'6" to the top of the A/C, but I've marked the overall height as 12'0" (and appropriate metres Canada) on a sticker on the drivers door pillar. The extra few inches gives a safety cushion when quickly looking at low clearances.

My Greyhawk is about 11' 6" inch as well. I back it into a 40 foot carport that has a cross member across the front which is 12 foot. The AC clears it with 4-6 inches to spare, but the AC's are the shorter Colemans.

Been on the road with RV's for years. Never had an issue with height. Your always going to smaller and shorter that the Simi Truck. BUT it is easy to measure and them put a note on the dash to help.

I would measure it just so you know. Then, make a little sticker or label and put it on the dash so you can refer to it when you need to. Since your rig will be under 12', that will not be very often, but you never know what you may encounter, so you want to be prepared with the information rather than take a gamble and end up with damage to an AC unit or worse!
