Jayco Greyhawk awning question
We have a Class C Jayco Greyhawk. We haven't used the automatic awning in a year so we opened it recently without any trouble. What we can't remember is how to raise or lower one side for rain runoff. Can anyone help us?

Can you add the year of your coach and the brand name of the awning and model , name or number. Maybe we can get you a users manual.
EDIT: I also see this post is in the Class B , forums , maybe a moderator can move it to Class C , or Jayco Owners forum. for more views and answers.

it's a 2008 Jayco Greyhawk. We bought it used. Don't know the name of the manufacturer. But it was an original installment with the controls built into the control panel. The tech showing us the operation showed us how to do it but be have forgotten. We thought that the manual would show us the operation but it doesn't even mention an awning!

Any sign of a name or logo , anywhere on the awning , that may speed up identification?

The manufacturer information on mine is on the roller and viewable when it is fully extended.

I have a 2012. one of the awning supports has multiple holes that you can adjust. Not sure if yours is the same.
