My in laws and I stepped down from class A's several months apart. The in laws has a 42 foot Foretravel and got into a 36TS. Some of the things they did not like were the lack of bathroom storage and the lack of outlets on inverter power (MIL likes setting a crock pot up and cooking while driving) and that the slide covers the large sink, so even if she could plug a crock pot in, she couldn't fit it in the sink. They were very pleasantly surprised about how much exterior storage there was (it equaled or exceeded their Foretravel). My FIL stated how happy he was with the mileage (he went from @5 mpg to 9.4) while towing. As DP people for over 10 years, my MIL was turned off by the noise in the cockpit, but my FIL was a CDL for years, so he does not mind. I can also tell you they looked at both the RB and the TS and they liked the TS much better (once you get used to opposing slides, its hard to give that up. They absolutely love the King Bed.
As far as comfort and power, the truck has more power than I will need for a long time but that is obviously impacted by what you plan on towing etc. FIL does not notice his 26 foot car trailer and looks forward to launching his boats with it. As far as steering and everything, my wife refused to drive our A...she loves driving the Seneca. It drives like a truck and I could not be happier with it. I used to get a muscle cramp in the base of my neck with my Palazzo and it really stunk to drive (for me), but the Seneca is very familiar and comfy. Hope it helps.
