Just purchased a 2014 Four Winds Siesta 29TB

Hi
My wife and I just purchased our first motorhome. It is a 2014 Four Winds Siesta 29TB. We purchased it from Lazy Days in Florida and will be picking it up in about a week.
If anyone else has the same model, I would like to get your feelings about the rig and any "inside" information that might be good to know.
We live in Key Largo down in the Florida Keys and we're planning a trip in September. We plan to go up the East coast and visit NYC. Then head into Canada, stopping off at Niagara Falls and crossing the border there. We are considering traveling West in Canada for a ways before heading South again. Anyone done a similar trip? Any suggestions?
Also, we are considering purchasing a new Chevy Equinox as a toad. Any thoughts about pulling that vehicle with that rig? Any idea what general cost will be to purchase the equipment and have it installed in order to tow the Equinox?
Sorry for the long introduction but I have a lot of questions!
Val

Welcome to iRV2.

Sorry I can't provide answers on your new rig .

When you do pick up the coach , make sure you get all the manuals , and then look for the , vehicle weight sticker . The sticker will provide info on cargo weights and towing capacities .
There is no standard location for the sticker , usually inside a cupboard, but sometimes it takes some searching.
Here's a picture.
For info on possible toads keep this site address handy.

If you are going to install a base plate, braking supplementary brake system, electrical connection and tow bars, you are probably taking $2,000 to $2,500 plus installation. Visit etrailer.com, and you will see what I am talking about. Enjoy your new unit.
