When its warm and sunny and the rubber gasket around the window is pliable you can pull it out and clean it. You will be shocked how much dirt is in the gasket folds or just on the inside surface. Some of that is ending up in the window channel
I lube the inside portion of the gasket with silicone spray, wipe it off and press the gasket back in where it came.from

I took a small air compressor and blasted the weep holes. I did see a small chunk of debris come out of one hole. I kept blasting and feeling for full air flow from all the other slots. Also even though I don't believe it's coming from the top, I laid a tight silicone bead over the top seam and a few inches down the side. Very frustrating leak.
Its now degraded the wall where my table bracket is mounted to. I am going to have to make a larger bracket to catch more undamaged wall surface.
I hate the way RV's are made.
