The reading I took was to the plug behind the control box which did have some small wires.
Lippert tech said to trace it from there back and find a fuse or breaker and check it. I will start at the battery box and check everything there. If everything checks out OK I will start tracing the wires to the brain of the system. Thanks for your help

Hi guys, here's what I found. All fuses that I found were good. All the breakers I found were good. The ground wires were good. Decided to try everything as if just got to my RV site. Parking brake on, engine running and first check to see if I got power to the control box. I had 11.8 volts. Pluged the harness back on the control box and it came on. So now I have power to my control box. Tried to lower jacks but the system told me not enough power. I guess I drained the batteries doing other stuff so now I am waiting for batteries to charge. I'll keep you posted and hope that does the trick.

The LCI jacks system will show low voltage if the chassis battery voltage is below 12.6 volts. That is why LCi recommends you always have the engine running before moving the jacks.

Engine running AND showing under 12 volts, to the system from the coach battery , indicates a charging system problem , no juice from the engine alternator is getting to that battery.

Update on my Lippert levelers
I found the problem. It was the Controller. The controller is the brain of the system. I replaced it with a new one and bingo. Jacks are working like new. Thanks to all that helped me with this problem.
