Can anyone tell me how to access or where the def tank is located?
I have a 2018 sprinter 3500 and want to put/add a drain so i can remove old and or bad def from the tank.

It's upfront on the right side of the engine. Look for the blue cap. There is no need to add a drain, just buy yourself a little hand pump at Harbor Freight to empty the tank. BTW, there really isn't any need to drain it - just drive it more.
