You should probably average around 15 mpg +/- driving solo, loaded for travel, at around 60-65 mph, or a little less if you tow a 4500lb Wrangler like i do. Lots of physical factors (head/cross winds, road grade, tire inflation pressure, coach areodynamics) affect those numbers, but speed is a big one. The faster you go, the more fuel you will use, in the 3.0L V6 turbo diesel engine.
