Minnie Winnie Fuel Pump

My 1994 MW needs a new fuel pump. Stalls when driving in hot weather after about an hour. Pressure tests 32 PSI. Fuel filter replaced ready to drop the gas tank. Asking for recommendations for aftermarket one. I have heard good things about Carter. Motorcraft are too expensive and this one has only 83K so thinking a Carter might last longer? Looking up the part for a E350 7.5L is correct? No sure because of the larger tank for the Minnie or is it the same as the stock Econoline? Tnx for any help.

I believe in using what came on it. I get mine from Rockauto. What ever tank Ford puts in that is listed, that's what to use. And try not to let the fuel get too low.

A lot of people dont know you can replace just the pump without the sender.

Yes you can, but if you mess up, get it all back together and two weeks later the gauge stops working and the sender has to be replaced, PITA!
