I'd put a double receiver extension on the back of the RV, one for the tow bar for your Fiat and one for a bicycle rack receiver mount. https://www.amazon.com/Bicycle-Recei.../dp/B000P6CJ9O

You could try the bicycle rack on the back of the Fiat, your choice.

Check out the swagman rv bumper mount rack. While it comes in 2 and 4 bike models, i recommend the 2 so you do not overload the bumper.

I'd be very cautious about a rear bumper on a Class C. The frame is already extended from the original chassis, the bumper is often only strong enough to store a stinky slinky inside the metal box frame bumper.

I think it depends if you want to take your bike with your 500 once at your camping location or if you only want to transport the bike to the campground or wherever the RV is.

If you want to take bike and 500 somewhere, I would look into a roof mounted rack for the fiat. They aren’t cheap but a much better way to transport vs a spare tire mount like on your Jeep. You could also look into a hitch for the fiat then a hitch mounted rack which again isn’t cheap but a much better way to transport.

Swagman provides the load bearing requirements for the bumper. I have a coachmen leprechaun 260ds, class c. I called coachmen to find out if the could handle the torqued load. I was advised that my unit could handle 2 bikes, not 4. You can check with your mfg. I have traveled about 4,000 miles with this setup withour any issues.

For a single bike you can use a ladder bike rack. Some are built to carry more bikes, but I believe that more than one bike is to stressful on the ladder mounts. (Just my opinion.)
