New roof coating.

The new roof coating turned out pretty good. I did the 2nd coat earlier today hoping it wouldn't rain. But it just started raining. Crap !
Now I might have to do a 3rd coat.

And yes, I cleaned it quite thoroughly before re-coating.

Not trying to be a commercial but this is what I used. Good price and seems to have rubber roof properties.
I'm sure not the absolute best stuff but fit my budget.

I don't know what the OP used, but I use Spic and Span and lots of elbow grease.

I used 3 parts water to 1 part bleach and several ounces of tri sodium phosphate that I picked up from Menards. This solution worked great for me.
