Newbie with lots of questions

Just bought a 2001 Sunseeker 3100SS (only 13K miles)
Has 4 tanks, fresh, black, and 2 greys. Looks like shower goes to one grey, kitchen sick to another grey and toilet, bathroom sink to black. Are the two grey's connected in any way? How does the monitor detect level for two different tanks? Why would bathroom sink go to black vice grey? Can refer run off propane while driving or does invertor supply 120, same for Hot water heater? When I pull shore power invertor is humming, turning off 120 rcpt breaker stops the humming, what is drawing this power? Anyone know where cable splitter is (TV in front, TV on refer. TV in back bedroom, external cable in power cable compartment)? Looks like all cables are connected exept to roof top ant.

Hi Jamesbr,

Everything but the toilet goes to grey. The toilet would go to black. Yes the refer can run off propane while driving but the pilot may get blown out so you would have to watch for it. I usually just run it on electric when driving and when plugged in.

A few manufacturers ran the bathroom sink into the black tank. The thought was that the extra water would keep the black tank cleaner and make it easier to dump. Even my hero's at Airstream did this on the 1985 345 motorhome. Of course people who stay at campgrounds without sewage hate it. It is another example of a manuf. coming up with a dumb idea.
