No 120 volts from generator

Getting ready to go travel, and checking everything out. May I say first this will be our first trip in this unit, Coachman Concord 240RB. The genset is a Cummins Onan 4000 with 70hrs, is a 350 chassis with 13,500 miles. Checking out the unit and the A/C will not come on with the Generator. Checked the breaker for the Gen, the A/C does operate on shore power. What am I missing guys/girls?

Have you checked the breaker that is on the generator? If it has tripped then the generator will run but not allow current to flow to the RV.

Look for the black toggle switch that is usually located to the right of the generators onboard start switch. The breaker toggle switch should be facing toward the outside of the generator (i.e. toward you).
