No house power when shoreline is unplugged.

I have a 2000 Winnebago journey that has no 12 volt house power when unplugged. I just bought a new house battery. (Tested under load) The problem seems to be related to the house power relay located in the generator compartment not energizing when the shore power is unplugged. The voltage reads 12.5 on the house battery side of the relay and 14.1 on the other side when the shoreline is plugged in. It reads 0 volts when shoreline is unplugged. I do not have a wiring diagram to determine what activates the relay. Can anyone help or know where I gan get a wiring diagram?
Thanks

OK, my bad. I didn't check the obvious. Someone at PPL (service center) turned the Aux battery switch off. When I turned it on, the house power came on with the shoreline unplugged.
I may be using this switch more often, as the last house battery had completely dry cells due to overcharging.

I could be wrong but I believe it defaults to "charging" if plugged in because it has to come on to power the house...12V.

On my 2001 Damon Daybreak when the switch is off there is 12V power inside and the batteries are not being charged by the converter. With the switch on the batteries are being charged. It has a BIRD so the chassis battery is charged also if needed. There are those that may say you can't have 12V inside without the batteries on. But as you know, you can. Thanks for following up.
