Onan Generator error code 12

I have a 2012 Coachmen Freelander. The Onan generator will start but immediately shuts down. The generator display service code 12 which means overcharging. The fix in the manual is to take it to an authorize Onan repair shop.
The generator only has 90 hours on it. Does anyone know a good repair shop in Austin Texas that is authorized to fix this type of generator. We have been travelling for 2 months now and the generator stopped working last week. We will be in Austin next week and then continuing west into the Hill Country.
