Smile One Place Control Panel

For a long time the Fresh Water Tank level on my One Place control panel has not read correctly. It was showing 3/4 tank and yet I had water running out the overflow when filling the tank. I finally got around to pulling the panel and found that it was made by Precision Circuits, Inc. After a little Google work I found instructions on their website for trouble shooting the panel. Everything checked out OK and there were instructions on how to do a factory reset. I decided to contact them first before taking that step because I was afraid I would lose the data for my generator. I emailed them using the Tech Support link on their website and went back to other tasks on my "to do" list. It is Saturday afternoon and I figured I would not hear back until at least Monday sometime. To my surprise a little while later I received a response to my problem. It seems that they have someone on call 24/7 and he sent me the information I needed from his smart phone. The reset corrected my problem right away. I am posting this mainly because I would like to compliment the technician (George) and Precision Circuits, Inc. for their excellent customer service. And, I didn't lose the information on my generator hour display. Success!!
