Has anyone added an Onstar system to there RV. I have 2002 Gulfstream and would like to add it. Any help would be great.

Very expensive for very basic cell service. When it came factory equipped on my GM products, I think I used it once. Never renewed, never missed it

Just be aware that Onstar is cell phone tower driven.

My friends mother who snowbirds down solo to her daughters house thru the mountains from Montana to California made sure her mothers MH had Onstar for her safety and for the daughters piece of mind.

Coming down thru the mountains her mother hit a deer with the MH.
ONSTAR did NOT WORK.
Because there is no cell phone towers in the area. Zip, zero it did NOT work.

So be aware that this service is not the be all end all safety device they advertise it to be.
