Outback converter inverter

Outback not working after chassis batteries replaced. worked fine before.
2015 Born Free Class C
everything using batteries and external 120V works except Outback converter.
I need info for proper reattaching to battery. switch for converter is on.
And maybe how to turn it on. Manuals for it are no help.

Converter OR Inverter?

CONverter.....120VAC IN = 12VDC Out
*supplies RV DC System when on AC Power Source AND charges Battery

INverter......12VDC IN = 120VAC Out
*Supplies 120VAC when NOT on AC Power Source
(can be battery charger when on AC Power Source)

Is the Battey Disconnect Switch On?

Did you have shore power when you changed the chassis battery ?

If so, the positive cable would have been hot and if touched ground, blown a breaker or fuse.
Look near the house battery for a tripped breaker .
Some are small box's with a lever that pops out if tripped.

Some rigs have 2 positive battery cables, did you leave one off ?

the switch for the converter is on. it is just left of the house battery compartment

I DID accidentally touch hot to ground cables briefly. Probably, now I have to
find where the breaker is to check if it is off. This is most likely it.
More later.
