It probably depends on size, my three burner propane grill cook time is similar to the 30 wide electric grill. I can fit about 6 hamburgers or 4-6 medium size steaks on the grate.

Only issue you may have with electric is the wattage may max out 15-20 amp breaker on your 120v outlet. If it is a GFCI or close to the breaker amperage, it might pop the breaker. The electric ones are light and can be fitted with a wheeled stand if you want it but it seems a little clunky to me. Might work for you. Hope this helps.

We use a Blackstone 22 which is plenty for us and the 1lb propane tanks last us a week sometime longer.

Look at solaire at amazon, little pricey, I have had one for 3 years, best grill I ever had for a rv.
1. Its all stainless steel...no rust
2. True infra red fast heat up ( 3 min) and cool down
3. Its light
4. It does not leak grease when stored
5. Wind will not blow it out
