Quick survey
2 questions.........
1- Does anyone know the average age of motorhomes currently registered nationwide?
2- Does anyone know the number of Class A's vs Class C motorhomes on the road ?
Inquisitive minds want to know.
Thanks.

However RVIA is just what it calls itself RV Industry Association.
It merely hypes the industry with quarterly production totals , not sales and light weight articles on the joys of RVing . Everything was Rosey , no problems , yes , to hear their sales pitch owning a RV is Nirvana.
The one thing that caught my eye was number of full timers . The problem was their estimate was 500,000 to 1m , that's to large of a variance to have any value.
I searched for answers to my 2 questions and found 0 responses or information.
Thanks for the link , but it looks like I'll have to dig a little deeper.

OK, I'll try one more time, now that I understand your concern about the best real time data available for RV sales and trends.
1) No.
2) No.
There's a reason no one (besides me, just trying to help) responded, and also why you can't find an answer anywhere onlne. Except for the latest data from the RVIA, who do track real sales data and extrapolate them to create some industry trends.
It's because there isn't a definitive, quantified answer to either one, because your questions are based on 2 of the most volatile data values in the RV world. They can and do change hourly, daily, weekly, based on a plethora of variables.
Sorry, but that's the best answer I can give.
Maybe someone else will take a shot at it?
Good luck.

I understand what I'm looking for will be , to some extent , a SWAG .
I wasn't expecting an exact number , but I was hoping there would be a data base that could provide an estimate based on relatively current info . 2019 -2020 .
Just to clarify , what I am looking for is number of currently registered MH's, which would include older coaches and the number of Class A vs Class C's on the road . Sales statistics doesn't answer my question .
This may turn into more of a project than I thought . I'm sure each State has a tally of registered MH's , but rather than reach out to each State I was hoping the info had already been compiled .
I meant no disrespect to you , I was just relaying my findings from visiting the RVIA website.
Regards, Bill
