Question Rear view monitor camera

We have a 2007 Phoenix Cruiser with a rear view camera.
De-winterizing yesterday, I found that the camera is not showing any picture of my driveway, but several displays of letters and numbers on the screen together with what looks like Chinese writing. I have tried to communicate with ZoneDefenseRV.Com for tech. support but no success. Can anyone help?

I suggest you speak directly to Kermit at Phoenix Cruiser (1-877-754-8535) before you do anything else (make sure you can tell them what camera and monitor you have before you call).
I believe you'll find them helpful.

It sounds like your rear camera may have lost connection with your monitor. Check to make sure that the connection on the camera is clean and tight. Then check the dash for the same. If they are check along the line to see if there are any connections that may have shaken loose. If no joy lets move on to step 2.

With monitor powered on, push the "menu" button until it displays the desired "language" or "english".

Is your camera back in working order? Mine quit and all I saw was a blue and the words"no input", only backwards. The fix was simple -- I just pushed a button I never mess with and the picture came back up. It seems that a bratty little monkey was playing with the buttons and switched the source of the feed to a line where nothing was connected.
