I've replaced chairs in MH's several times. Usually just ordered what we wanted from a LA Z BOY store.
With the present rig I've gone through four chairs in three years. Original Stressless one was uncomfortable for both the late DW and I so I put in a LA Z BOY, worked great but the solid base retained too much of the floor heat so I got a chair from CW. Worked OK, but now I have one I got from Costco. Very comfortable and has an open base so I can run the electric floor heat.

I just finished this install. Purchased from REVpro also. Comes with backs removed and in separate sections. A breeze to assemble

We put a pair of RecPro recliners w/ center console in our ACE. No problem getting them in as the backs come off and you slide the bases in vertically. If you need to squeeze them in the arms compress, but put towel or blanket over them to protect them.
I got the old sofa out by removing the end pieces (just screwed on) and then folding the main body flat. I could have further disassembled the couch as the seat and back just bolt to the frame. The front facia piece is just screwed to the frame.

The seat of my Lazy Boy is 21" off the floor. With the back removed, and with help, I could hold it sideways, put one arm in turn it and put the other arm in and get it through 22" opening. That's IF there are no cabinets, etc. that would block me inside.

Furniture maker BEST has many different recliners and reclining luv seats to choose from.
I took out the small couch of my new class c and replaced with a reclining luv seat after my first trip. Luv it. Couch came out in 3 pieces plus cushions and luv seat back comes off easily. Take couch out yourself and have delivery guys bring in the luv seat. I did have to extend out on the slide floor to accommodate the longer frame of the luv seat.
