Question Reverse light come on with parking lights

2021 Entegra Esteem 29V E450 chassis - class C

When I turn my headlights on (even just to parking lights position) the reverse lights come on. This also keeps the rear view camera turned on. If I don't turn the headlights on, everything works fine. I'm sure it's probably two wires touching but without a wiring diagram, I'm having a hard time isolating circuits to find a short. Any help would be AWESOME!!!!

Quite possibly it's a bad ground and the headlights/parking lights are finding their way to ground through the reverse light circuit.

First question, are the bulbs for all these lights in the same fixture? If so, check to see if the wiring is correct at the plug. Is the hot actually going to the correct part of the bulb holder and is the ground actually grounding the outer metal part of the bulb holder?

Try running a separate ground wire from the metal surround of the bulb fixture to a spot on the frame, especially for the parking lights.

It was wired wrong from the factory. Whoever did it wired a jumper wire from the parking lights to the reverse lights...SMH! The wiring in general on this rig is horrible. The wiring for the motorized step was horrendous. Took me a good hour and a half to sort out that rats nest! Probably about 12 feet of useless wire was used in that location. All loomed up and looking good now.

Many owners PREFER and wire REARVIEW CAMERA to TAIL/ RUNNING LIGHTS, esp. if Birdeye mount (HIGH back or top of coach) as a continuous REARVIEW, (vs Backup Only) since you have no rearview mirror there anyway. This also gives headlight switch the finction of ON/OFF for camera vs (separate switch/ phantom load)? BUT... any chance your BACKUP SWITCH (on steering or trans?) is Bad/ stuck? Have you tried shifting thru gears to check Backup Lights? I know I read many newer lights computer controlled? MIGHT be a Ford TRUCK WARRANTY ISSUES/ RECALL/ TECH BULLETIN? Or wiring issue by Entegra factory? Might be worth a few phone calls to Both?
