Screws backing out of floor

I'm looking to buy a new Jayco "Greyhawk" 29 MV Class C motorhome. I have looked at about half a dozen of these coaches and all them have numerous bumps in the vinyl flooring from the screws backing out of the floor. I even looked in a new Jayco "Percept" Class A motorhome in the lot and this too has the same problem. Has anyone out there seen this before? Previously I had a Newmar Baystar (purchased new in 2012) with the same issue which, after much grief, Newmar replaced the whole floor. Is this typical to motorhomes? Any help would be appreciated. I don't want to make another costly mistake. Many thanks.

I have a Jayco 31fs that I bought in November. I haven't noticed any issue with the floor.

We recently had a 2011 Greyhawk 31fs and we did not experience that issue either.

We have a 2014 Greyhawk and it will be going in to the shop for that very reason. I noticed them in the hallway and bathroom. When I got under the coach to look I could not see anything because the screws go into a square tube cross member. Our coach only has a little over 3k miles on it.

We test drove a 2014 Greyhawk 31FK day before yesterday. We liked it and told the local Jayco dealer that we'd take it.

Our official PDI is next Tuesday, but we did go ahead and tell them a couple of things that we had already noticed. One was a bump in the vinyl flooring where a screw wasn't completely in. The salesman noted it on our purchase agreement and said the service department would take care of it before our PDI. We saw only that one raised screw, and we looked very carefully at the entire floor after seeing it.
