Seat Covers
Good morning all.
I have a 201131' Jayco Greyhawk. I'm looking for replacement seat covers for the driver and passenger seats. All of the online outfits seem to not have what I'm looking for or they don't have covers that will fit my rig. Does anyone know of a place??
Thanks in advance
Dave

Dave,
If your seats are Flexsteel, Bauers upholstery in Dubuque, Iowa has better replacement covers, and putting them on is an easy DIY. She will need the info on the tag from yours.
I put a set on the front seats of our Jayco Seneca "C" and YouTube is your friend here.

Is your Jayco built on the Chevy 3500/4500 or Ford E350/E450 chassis?
Cockpit seats isn’t a Jayco issue.

Dave,
Are you referring to covers that "Fit Over" your existing seats? Or are you talking about replacing the existing seat skins, be them made of leather, cloth, or vinyl?
If replacing the existing seat skins, take the passenger seat out and look for a manufacturing label, then contact that company to see if the cost of new skins is worth the effort in replacing them.
Many people simply replace the seats, frame and all. There are a number of RV seat manufactures that offer exceptional quality and comfort.
Personally, I would never accept vinyl "ANYWHERE" on the seats, even if only used on the sides. After the Great Recession of 2008/2009, the bolts of vinyl for furniture have been imported from China. It takes less than 10 years time for the break-down to begin, even if the seat was never sat in. Here is an example of severely failed vinyl.
Our 2007 Phoenix Cruiser was manufactured in the spring of 2007, just prior to the Great Recession. AS SEEN HERE, we have American sourced vinyl seats that remain in beautiful condition to this day.
For our great room at home, we bought a pair of leather couches from Costco back in 2012. The seating surfaces are real leather and they are in perfect condition 12 years later, but the vinyl areas are a mess. We love the comfort of our two couches so much that we tollerate the ugly. We pick at the vinyl flakes as a form of psycological satifaction..... yes we suffer from a medical condition, ha ha.

We purchased custom made sheep skin seat covers from Active RV Upholstery Center for our 2017 Phoenix Cruiser. They are not inexpensive but they are custom made to your seat measurements and we are very happy with them. https://www.activervupholstery.com/

There is a tag under the seats. It was marked "Jayco". Contacted Jayco, they said that Ford installed. Contacted Ford, they said the chassis was sent to Jayco with out seats. Awesome!! Anyway Jayco or Ford do not supply the skins. I'm just gonna re upholster them myself. I will post before and after pics. Thanks for everyone's help..

I am having the same problem. I can not find any off the shelf covers for my ford E350.. I now plan on going to a junk yard and getting some power seats from a doge caravan. I'll be happier with a 6 way adjustable seat and they can be easily found at a junkyard for $50.

Be sure to include the mating connectors and some good length of pigtail wires.
Many vehicles today have airbags in the seats. Keep that in-mind when wiring up things. You don't want to accidentally activate the airbags. Work with a wiring diagram for the vehicle you removed the seats from. Take note of the model and year of that vehicle.

I found a great fitting seat cover for mine in the past, and it was by sheer luck. I bought them on Amazon and the Ad specifically said, "Not for RV seats"....but I tried them anyway and they fit like a glove!

Can you look in your Amazon purchase history and find a link or product information for the covers you got? Or , do you remember what you searched on to find them? Was this for a Ford or Chevy? thanks

There are lots of different styles of front seats regarding their shape, headrest, and arm rest. So I have no idea if these will work for you.
Here is what I have bought multiple times for different RVs I have owned:
https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B084WVK4DD
As you can see, it specifically says "Not for RV seats". But since they looked identical to my seats I took a chance. I'm glad I did as they fit my RV seats perfectly.
If your seats look exactly like the photo, go for it!
Good luck,
Chris

Just a followup
I have a 2001 E350 class C
I had a devil of a time trying to get seat covers for it.
I tried 4 different brands.
The seats are taller in the back than most, and bottoms are wider. No headrest
I finally got a pair to fit.
Not the greatest quality, but for $50 i decided to keep them.
I got them on Temu

Always nice to see an update. Congrats on the find. They look reasonable, and at just $50 that's a bargain. I'm guessing they look a lot better than what it was you wanted to cover in the first place (ie. dirty or ripped seats).
Happy Camping!
Chris
