Service warrany responce from Thor Four Winds

I have a new 2017 Four Winds. I have several warranty issues that need to be taken care of. I have called the dealer to set up an appointment, they tell me they will get back to me. Then I never hear from them. I sent a email the Thor customer service and again no responce.
Has anyone else had the issue with Thor Four Winds?

CALL Thor customer service, don't 'email' them, too easy for them to forget about you. Let them know that the selling dealer is not responding.
Thor has very good customer service, but CALLING them is the only way for the best and quickest response - they are very good at helping.

And, if you are in Illinois, consider asking Thor for a service appointment at the Four Winds facility service center near the factory. You may have to drive and have an overnight or two, but it certainly beats waiting on a dealer, who might also keep your coach hostage for several weeks! Make a trip out of it!
