Question Slide Retracting

There might be information out there already but I am not finding what I need.
I have a Class C Thor Freedom Elite 29FE. It has two slides. (Bedroom and Kitchen/Dining) The Bedroom Slide is working great. The Kitchen/Dining Slide is out and only retracts about 6 inches before it stops. It appears to nose dive on the interior and the back side (Outside seems to Raise up.) I have checked the rollers underneath for obstructions and didn't find anything. So far I haven't been able to find the actual rails that the Motor gears up too but I am continuing to look. Has anyone else experienced this and found a quick fix?
I can't take it to the shop because the slide is out and God only knows how many millions they will charge to come to me 40 miles away.
This has always been a helpful group so I thought I would reach out again. Thanks everyone for any help you might offer.

Re: Slide hanging

1) GOOGLE "Dewald ICI LIPPERT POWER GEAR", and suspect you (might?) find your manuals, or 2) Check your THOR manual for a page of venders/ suppliers/ contact Info to get alternate names for slide MFR? or 3) if no paper manual, check the THOR website for a PDF copy, and search for same?. Unfortunately, your symptoms (sound like) you have a soft FLOOR that is sinking?
4) Have also read of rotted structural member under outside wall (water damage) that allows (rollers at the wall to crash/ drop), but you did not mention rig age... which might be an influence? Might also be worth mentioning that (most slides) will touch at top first, and then pull in tight, because if bottom is mechanism and touched first, it might leave a GAP at top that would flood the rig
from weather.

You probably have a LCI system and I am guessing the trac. If it is, this should be a good start.

I have a Fleetwood Tioga Ranger 31M with a Power Gear above the floor system. Mine did the exact same thing when I was ready to leave a campground. I pulled the motor access panel in the storage locker by the generator and found the motor and gearbox. All seemed ok and after jogging it a few times it came in- must have somehow jammed. After getting home I took it to an RV shop and it worked fine or them?? I contacted Lippert and now have full schematics of the slide out control system. The Fleetwood dwgs were inaccurate and I had to create my own schematics. To prepare for the worst on future trips I located the slide out controller and carry spare slow blow fuses plus I'm carrying all tools req'd to manual rotate the square tube drive shafts that power the gears. In case the switch or motor controller are bad I made a long set of cables to power the motor directly from the coach or chassis batteries. I installed battery disconnect QD's on the motor to allow me to connect my new cable. I have another trip planned in the fall and will be ready for anything. good luck with yours
