Small windows on each side of bunk area

Hi
I know these small windows have an outer piece & an inner piece and are fastened together from the inside with screws
Has anyone experienced a leak occurring where these 2 pieces join together in the center of the MH wall?????
Seems to me this could be a point of water penetration
I made sure weep hoes are clear & sealed around perimeter of window
Where these 2 window sections join together what kind of seal is at this connection????
Thanks for your input

Most often a failure of the bedding caulk is the cause of leaks. The screws can be removed, the window frame set aside, and new butyl rubber foam bedding can be installed. Not a tough job, but it does need to be done occasionally.
