Solar Controller / Wiring Questions

I have a 2022 Entegra Esteem 27u. The lights on my 30A MPPT Solar Controller by Go Power have gone out.

Last fall, my solar controller lights showed Battery 2 and Solar were on (Photo 1, top left). Battery 1 has never been on since I purchased the RV new in April 2022. My solar remote shows the voltage with Battery 1 always at 0 volts (Photo 2, top right)

This spring, my solar controller lights are all out. (No picture. The lights are all out.) My solar remote (Photo 3, bottom left) also shows 0 volts for everything.

Finally, I will include a photo of my battery bank (Photo 4, bottom left). I am wondering if the solar wiring is wrong. (I have read in Entegra owners Facebook posts several folks who also had solar problems in their 2022 Entegra Esteems.) I think the thin white wire connected to the negative terminal of the left battery is a solar wire. I also think the thin black wire connected to the negative terminal of the right battery is a solar wire.

If any of you can see something that is not right with this wiring in the battery bank, please let me know. It's taken a year for me to finally get around to learning how the solar works, and now I realize I paid for solar and have never had it working properly since the day I purchased the RV.

If those 2 wires are truely from the controller then they may be in the wrong place,,

If it worked,, did wires get moved?? or those wire are something else. ??

You really need a tester and get the wires traced out,, then check the batteries ,, the solar input can also be checked wit a tester/meter...

You may want to buddy up with a fellow RV person that is a DIY person to help
