Spare Wheel

My new coachmen came without a spare, so I ordered a new wheel so I could have a spare. My question is this, the 16" DRW wheels on my motorhome which is on a E-450 frame are 8 lug 8 hole steel wheels, the one I bought is 8 lug 4 hole DRW wheel. Of course I come up with questions after the fact so here goes. I have disc brakes all the way around, will this wheel work?

It's possible the 4 holes are older rims used on drum brakes. I just don't know for sure even thought my '92 E350 had 4 holes. A quick call to Ford or a tire shop sure wouldn't hurt.
