Steering stabilizers

Hello everyone, I'm a new RV owner and I would like your thoughts on steering stabilizers for a class C motorhome? Do they really make a difference?

Thanks,
Liz

I have a new Class C and am considering to put on two. From all that I have researched they make a difference. Most people use either Safe-T- Plus or Roadmaster. I am more inclinedto the latter. Wish you well

Too little caster and or too much tire pressure (for the weight requirement) will manifest itself as "loose steering" or "wandering" at highway speeds.

Ford ships the E Series at a caster setting of around +3 degrees which is OK for city driving but you want to have at least +5 degrees for highway stability.

Google E450 Handling for lots of reading material.

Listen the Harvard. He is right. I did and it made a huge improvement on the highway. I still added a Safe-T-Plus because that had made a great difference on the class A I had just traded in.

Added Safe-T-Plus to my 2004 Class C and it was standard equipment on my 2013. It really makes a big difference in handling, but the big advantage is the safety in handling in the event of a front tire blowout. Their factory is in Austell GA and would highly recommend buying there and having the factory install and adjust.
