What are you trying to accomplish ?

You can easily replace the front coil springs, if you need more weight capacity, but the chassis and tires aren't designed for it.

If its a handling issue, your going at it the wrong way.

2011 Ford E450 . I am trying everything I can think of to smooth out the harsh ride. So far all my additions have improved the ride about 60% 120.000 thousand miles on it.

Adding more springs can't smooth out a ride. You need a lower spring rate so the axle can move up and down without moving the chassis..

Weigh the front axle and put coil springs in that will just handle that weight. There not that bad to replace.

My 2, E450 MHs have used 60 psi and 65 psi pressures in the front tires. Although the tire can handle 80 psi, at 65 psi they carry the load of the front of the MH.
With proper tire pressure, the tire can absorb some of the shock of bumps.

What front tire pressure are you running ?
