Probably the Best of the Best is Show hauler.
You said best.

Then you said , for the money $$$
There is no, cheap , Best anything ussually?

Show Hauler is a start For First Class.

Older Renegades are quality and were popular.

Thank you! I read about Show Hauler and Haulmark and they appear to be the top of the line though that doesn't always mean you get the most for your money. Class A's - Prevost though Newmar are considered a quality Class A for several hundred thousand less if not a million less.

I would like to buy a used quality Super C with a tandem axle. Possibly a toy hauler though I can get by without one. It would have to be able to tow 15k to 20k which I'm thinking any tandem axle Super C would be able to do that. I've seen Renegades out there though I didn't know their quality or if there's used ones with a tandem axle. I've looked at Class A's and I currently have a 5th wheel.

I want to be able to tow a pickup or Jeep and have the ability to haul a UTV. If it's not a toy hauler then I would tow a pickup and load the UTV on the back of the pickup. I may be just dreaming.

We just picked up a 2007 Jayco Greyhawk 33DS with only 13k on it. Chevy Kodiak C5500, Allison trans, with a GVWR of 19.500lbs. This has the best build quality of any RV we've owned and we've had plenty. The only problem is trying to find one. There were 3 on RV Trader at the time (2 weeks ago) including ours, all are now gone! We got lucky on ours as the dealer that had it is our usual go-to dealer 30 miles from the house. We got it for 44k and I think it was a steal. Dealer was still getting calls for it last week.
The combo of that 8.1 Vortec and Allison trans is great. I liked the Ford V10 we had in our last Coachman but this new combo just kicks its butt!
No screaming rev. monster like the V10, just pure grunt. Climbs hills with the toad with absolutely NO drama, just maintains speed and pulls. This will tow pretty much anything you hook to it, the hitch it came with is rated at 8k.
Everything is solid and well made, nothing in it feels cheap. Being a 2007 it was quality built right before the big crash in 2008, since then build quality has gone to hell.
If you can find one of these I'd give it the highest recommendation.

I don't believe you need a tandem axle to tow up to 20k. With your load, sounds like even 10k would work.

A friends single rear axle ToterHome tows a stalker trailer with 2 race cars in it, plus a golf cart and a small scooter. Also all the tools equipment needed to do spare engine/trans/rear swaps. I don't think you need a tag axle.
His trailer is a 3 axle trailer with built in generator and air compressor.

I bought a 2004 Kibbi Renegade back in 2003 brand new. I still have it and it has held up tremendously. We've never had a serious problem with it (knock on wood), and it has aged very well. It gets a lot of attention, people always ask you if you are a nascar driver. I couldn't have bought a better coach. It's safe, it's luxurious, it's durable, it's powerful, it's held its value very well, and it's a handsome coach. If I were to ever buy a new coach, which I probably won't since mine is so great, I wouldn't hesitate for a second to get another Renegade. It's perfect.

All Renegade Verona models will tow 20k without a tag axle and they also come standard with a 20k hitch (3"). Other models as well.

Renegade quality equals or exceeds the quality of any other Super C. But, I am prejudiced.
