Tank Heating pads

My 2018 Coachmen Concord is brand spanking new, and I guess the 100 degree weather has the heating pads pretty much melting off. They are held on by some type of glue, and not sure what that is. If any one can tell me what to use to glue or tape back on I sure would appreciate it.

I used a two part epoxy I bought at Home Depot. Brushed it between the pad and tank then duck taped it while it dried.
