The Smallest Class C's You Know Of

I thought this might be an interesting topic for people seeking extreme mobility without traveling in a tight "B" van.

Our first class C motorhome shown was only 17.5 feet long, 6" shorter and our 1971 Delta-88, the vehicle it replaced. CLICK HERE TO SEE MANY PICTURES OF IT. Though the rig was offered "self contained", we ordered it stripped down without a bathroom and without a fully operational kitchen. We bought it brand new in the fall of 1983 for $12,225 and sold it 24 years later for $7,600. We sought a hard shell traveling tent with lots of storage. The rig doubled for utility around home and was our second car.

Getting more practical to meet the needs of us now "older folk" entering our later years, we found a fully practical rig (MANY PICTURES HERE) with main floor double bed, a dry bath, a comfortable dinette, decent fridge, a practical-use galley, and decent capacities for water, waste, and travel fuel. We wanted something as small as possible to fit in our garage. We special-ordered our 2007 Phoenix Cruiser 2350 that measures 23'-8" over-all length, 9'-10" tall, and 93" wide. It cost us $67,250 in the spring of 2007. We plan to own it until we can no longer drive.
